Reservation Policy
Renting Bikes
To guarantee a Princeton Bike Tours bike, advance purchase is strongly recommended. Walk ups are served on a first come, first serve basis.

Refund/Rescheduling Policy
We offer refunds for reservations paid electronically by credit card over our secure payment gateway if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event.
Weather Policy
Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but Princeton Bike Tours may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If Princeton Bike Tours cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive a refund.
Other Policies
Participants must sign a waiver at the start of the tour.
Upon arrival participants must sign a waiver before riding. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them. Helmets are strongly recommended for all riders; however, New Jersey State Law mandates all riders under the age of 18 yrs old must wear headgear.
